DELIVERY AND PICKUP
Where do we ship to?

We currently provide shipping to anywhere within the US.

How long will shipping take?

Our online store team is a group of dedicated, full-time students at the University of South Florida. Our goal is to fulfill online orders as quickly as possible, but please allow up 7-14 business days for your order to process. 

How do pickup orders work?

If you are a USF student or live in the Tampa area you can choose on-campus pickup to retrieve your items. After your order is confirmed, you will receive instructions on how to set up a date and time for your pickup. If you are not in the Tampa area, please choose the shipping option so we can get your order to you as soon as possible.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders may be cancelled prior to being shipped. Concerns or changes to your order can be made before shipping by contacting us at hotshopusf@gmail.com.

Is my item eligible for a refund or exchange?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for orders through mail or pickup. We are also unable to process refunds for Members Only items that were purchased for non-band members.
